Hello world. I'm here to tell the world the virtues of real honest to goodness Texas BBQ. I'm a student of the 'que and have been eating it all my life. Now I want to master cooking BBQ and not just Texas style, I want to do it all, St. Louis, Carolina, Memphis, etc. I hope to include restaurant reviews here too.
